Welcome to the  dental clinic “Corona Dental"! We value your time and health, so we ask you to familiarize yourself with the rules of visiting our clinic.

Before entering the clinic, please check that you have all the necessary things. Such as phone, money, cards, personal documents for filling out medical records, earrings and jewelry should be left at home, since we take panoramic pictures of teeth for all primary patients. You can park your car at the nearest parking lot at calle Entenca, 61.

Telephone calls are prohibited on the territory of the clinic. We recommend setting your phone to silent mode and warn your loved ones that you will be busy.

To avoid crowding people and creating a fuss at the reception, at the end of the reception, we ask you to calmly wait for your turn if you notice that other visitors are already in the waiting area.

Visiting with accompanying people
We strive to make the reception as safe as possible for the health of all our patients. Please come to the reception unaccompanied, so that we can guarantee everyone compliance with sanitary standards.

We understand that in some cases it is impossible to come alone. In our clinic, one accompanying person per patient is allowed in the following cases: discussion of a comprehensive treatment plan, if your child is being treated at the clinic, if you have limited health opportunities or you need an escort due to age or health condition.

Accompanying persons who do not fit these criteria will be able to walk around the city during the procedure, relax near the sea, have lunch in a cafe, wait in the car and come for you by the end of the reception) Thank you for your understanding and look forward to seeing you at the clinic!

Useful tips before and after the reception
To make your visit comfortable and safe, we have prepared some useful tips for you.

Before visiting the Russian dental clinic “Corona Dental”, do not forget to have a snack. This will not only help to transfer the procedure more comfortably, but also save you from possible hungry dizziness.
We recommend wearing simple everyday clothes at the reception, as we use dental preparations that can dirty your things.
Before starting the procedure, our administrator will ask you to fill out the necessary documents - questionnaires and informed consents that will help you understand what procedures will be carried out and what risks may arise during and after treatment. This is a protection of your rights as a client. We ask you to take responsibility for filling out the documents, asking questions if something is unclear.
A certain amount of time is allocated for each procedure. If you are late or, conversely, want to finish the procedure earlier, this may affect the quality of the procedure. We may not have time to carry out all the stages of the procedure and will have to set a new date. This may require additional financial costs and time.
We ask you to turn off the sound on your mobile devices and not talk on the phone during the procedure, so as not to distract other patients and not interfere with the dentist's work. If you are waiting for an important call, inform the master about it in advance.
Be sure to tell the doctor about all your diseases, allergies and medications that you take. This will help to avoid unforeseen risks during the procedure.

Some treatments can cause pain and discomfort after treatment, so it's better to give your body time to recover. After the procedure, do not plan active recreation, sports, sauna or alcohol intake.
We recommend visiting our clinic for preventive examinations every 6 months in order to keep your teeth healthy for a long time and not lose the guarantee for certain types of work.

Rules for canceling and rescheduling a visit
We ask you to adhere to several rules regarding the cancellation of the visit.

Before each appointment, our administrator will remind you of the time and date of the appointment. If you are unable to visit our clinic for a personal reason, please let us know in advance. To do this, call the reception or send a message to our WhatsApp at least 12 hours before the scheduled meeting. If you are conscious about the cancellation of procedures, we will be able to help other patients who need urgent treatment on this day. Remember that the lost hour at the dentist does not allow you to take another patient who has a toothache. Please respect the doctor's time!

In addition, we ask you to postpone your visit to us if you have symptoms of coronavirus, such as loss of sense of smell and taste, fever, etc. If you have a fever (or have been for the last few days), we also recommend rescheduling the appointment.

If there are signs of a cold, such as cough, nasal congestion, sore throat, fatigue and headache, it is recommended to postpone the visit until full recovery. If you have had diarrhea, vomiting or other signs of enterovirus in the last week, it is also recommended to postpone the visit.

It is not recommended to come to the appointment if you have herpes, stomatitis or conjunctivitis. Please understand that all these measures are necessary to protect you and other patients from possible infections.

Finally, we would like to remind you that we do not accept visitors without an appointment. We recognize that our patients' time is very valuable, so we try to organize all visits with maximum comfort and minimal delays.
